From our delicious Pennington Bear Collection of jams: A seasonal favorite, from an authentic British recipe, made with imported Seville bitter oranges. These oranges are available for only two months in winter, January and February. We make as much as we can to get us through the year, but this marmalade goes fast! Great on English Muffins (what else?), ice cream, or as the main component in a glaze for chicken or ham. Not too sweet, not too tart. Just right. Locally produced in our Garrett County kitchen.
