Cut comb honey is Old School. Back in the day, this unique product of the hive was the kitchen table staple for use as a sweetener for tea or to spread on toast. This is a very special product, costly for the bees, incorporating the actual honeycomb they spent much energy to build for storing the nectar brought into the hive by the foragers. Available in spring or fall depending on conditions.
